The automatic CCD screen printing line is mainly to manually load/automatically load, print, UV curing, and end-receiving according to the process requirements. Process Description:
1:Worker manually put a stack of material/piece by piece onto loading platform, the loading manipulator feed material from loading platform to CCD printing table.
2:After the loading manipulator put the material on the ccd printing table, the loading manipulator process dust removal, then ccd camera positioning and rotate printing table to align.
3:After finished alignment, then process screen printing.
4:After screen printing, the reclaiming manipulator reclaim the printed material to the entrance of UV belt dryer.
5:After drying, the material will be flowed to the end-receiving machine through transfer roller, then manipulator reclaim material to end-receiving platform.
6:End-receiving platform will be declined to the height each time when material is placed, after declined to a certain height, manually take out of the material to cycle.
