Equipment Function Summary:

The automatic assembly line for loading and unloading of the trolley is mainly used for printing and receiving the printed products from the trolley according to the process requirements. 

The film material is sheet material, aluminum substrate, and the material can be ABS or PC, FPC, PVC, PET, conductive film, membrane switch and other soft materials. Series of materials such as sexual materials. 

The processes of automatic feeding, initial positioning, printing, testing, and receiving are completed in sequence, and the whole process is automatic processing, which can realize high-efficiency actions. The printing adopts CCD vision system, which has high positioning accuracy, fast speed and stable operation of the equipment.

Process description:

1: Put the products into the trolley and stack them neatly, then push the trolley into the trolley feeder and lift it to the reclaiming height.

2: The loading manipulator takes the product away and places it on the initial positioning platform of the printing press for calibration.

3: The feeding manipulator of the printing press will place the first-positioned product reclaiming material on the printing platform

4: Precise positioning by camera; then screen printing

5: After the silk screen is finished, move to the UV curing machine by the unloading manipulator

6: Flow out through the curing machine to the conveyor belt and trolley manipulator takes the product from exit conveyor belt.

7: The trolley receiver takes the products on the conveyor belt and places them on the trolley

8: The trolley receiver lifts the trolley according to the height of the product through the lifting mechanism.

9: The trolley receives materials to a certain height to change the trolley, and so on.
