Process Description
1: Put the materials on the trolley, pay attention to the neatness of the materials.
2: Push the prepared trolley into the feeding area of the feeder and fix it. The trolley ensures the material loading height position remains unchanged through the lifting mechanism.
3: Take the material on the trolley through the feeding manipulator of the feeding machine, and move to the initial positioning platform after taking the material.
4: Initially position the material on the initial positioning platform, and transfer it to the printing platform by the printing and feeding manipulator after positioning
5: The printing material is positioned by CCD camera, and then printed after positioning
6: The printing is completed and transferred to the conveyor belt of the UV baking oven through the printing and unloading manipulator
7: The UV furnace conveyor belt moves the materials to the baking zone and the cooling zone in turn
8: After being cooled by the UV furnace, it is transferred to the trolley receiving conveyor belt
9: Transfer to the trolley through the trolley conveyor belt and perform positioning correction by the cylinders on both sides to ensure that the materials are tidy
10: After calibration, the trolley is raised and lowered by the lifting mechanism to ensure that the material falling height remains unchanged
11: After the printed materials are filled with the trolley, replace the filled trolley
