This production line is a fully automatic equipment designed based on the field of composite board and acrylic board printing to improve production efficiency and product quality.
Product Features
It can realize the unmanned production of the whole line, automatic film-tearing, automatic CCD alignment screen printing, automatic multilayer rack unloading.
It is a feasible solution that for those acrylic sheets, composite boards and other sheets products need anti-scratch requirements, the whole process is without material stacking to achieve anti-scratch purpose.
Fully automatic screen printing line its productivity is 2-3 times than semi-automatic machine, highly improves production capacity and save labors, 1 people can supervise 2-3 lines.
