PRODUCT FEATURPRODUE
1.Steel pipes outer surface: all drawing of abrasives projection area and shot blasting machine adopts 3D design simulation,more reasonable selection and layout of blast wheels.Improve utilization rate and labor efficiency of abrasives,guarantee cleaning effect, and reduce abrasion of blasting chamber protective plates.
2.Automatic loading and unloading steel pipes.
3.Rollers with V type rotation tilt arrangement, and functions of rotating while running forward.
4.Main projection area in blasting chamber with rolling Mn13 steel plates, good wearing resistance, more durable.
5.Steel pipe inner surface: automatic loading and unloading, automatic shot penning operation.
PRODUCT APPLICATION:
1.Steel pipe outer surface: appropriate for steel pipes anti-corrosion pre-treatment in water supply, water, natural gas, mining, oil field and coal gas pipelines shot blasting in seabed or desert areas, used for improving appearance quality and surface processing of product components.
2.Steel pipe inner surface: appropriate for inner surface treatment of steel pipes, remove surface oxide skin and welding slag these sundries, good metallic luster and large surface area, better for surface spraying and coating,widely used in petrochemical, steel, urban central heating and water supply drainage.
