How often to replace the filter element?and how long the service life of different filter elements?
1.PP cotton
PP cotton can be said to have the shortest service life of all filter elements, and it is generally necessary to replace it in time after 6-12 months of use. Because this filter element is the most likely to be polluted, in order to keep the water coming out of the water purifier clean, the filter element must be replaced diligently.
2. RO membrane
Many high-end water purifiers use RO membranes as filter elements. The advantage of this filter element is that it has a long service life. Under normal circumstances, it can be replaced once every 2-3 years.
3. Ultrafiltration
Remove macromolecular organics , colloids and bacteria from water . Retain beneficial minerals ,suitable for use in areas with better water quality, 18-24 months replacement.
4. Activated carbon
Activated carbon filter is one of the most common water purifier filters and needs to be replaced once a year.
Can use in Countertop water dispenser and Under sink water purifier
This filter is matched with our designed waterboard which can replace the filter as usual when the machine is powered on. At the same time, 2 stages filter can achieve the filtering effect of multi-stage filter
Combination of 2 filters: 1) PAC+PRO 2) RO+HPPC,etc.
Maximum Gallon: 800G
This style of filter cartridge can be made into PP, Actived carbon , RO and composite filter
0.0001 Micron Ro membrane filtration
RO Filter Theoretical filtration degree can reach 0.001-0.0001 micron reject the bacteria and heavy metal in the water effectively .
Material: DOW / CSM
Filter service life: 24-36 months
Working principle
After the tap water enters , it passes through the RO membrane ,concentrated water grid , and water production grid
Pure water and concentrated water flow out separately , no pollution
