1. Main parts: 5 Extruders, ControlPanel, Bubble forming section, Winder;
2. To produce 7 layers air bubble film(laminated layer + base layer + bubble layer + PE middle layer + bubble layer +base layer + laminated layer);
3. The laminated layer can bealuminized foil, MPET foil, kraft paper, EPE foam, BOPP film etc.;
4. Each layer is underindividually control, can have different thickness & material formulationａnd color;
5. Film width from 1,000mm to 3,000mm;
6. Screw L/D ratio is 1:34, it adoptsspecial mixing function and high plasticizing capacity design, with goodplasticization, good mixing effect and high output;
7. The bubble forming cylinderadopts special internal circulation chilled water design to ensure perfectbubble forming effect under high speed operation.
