Low-voltage Exciting Transformers
Applications:
Low voltage exciting transformer is mainly used in hydropower low-voltage excitation system. It provides three-phase AC excitation power supply for generator. The excitation system converts the three-phase power into generator rotor DC power through silicon-controlled rectifier, and form generator excitation magnetic field. The trigger angle of silicon-controlled rectifier is adjusted through excitation system for reactive power and to adjust terminal voltage of electric machinery.
