14. Splicing device; unwinding is equipped with a splicing platform and two sets of press clamps, and the working height of the platform is 1350mm±50mm.
15. Dust-proof device: The whole aluminum extrusion profile is sealed with yellow acrylic outer cover, and the top is equipped with FFU filtration efficiency class100.
Ensure positive pressure and cleanliness in the rewinding and unwinding machine.
16. The working mode of the equipment: two modes of manual and automatic control, which are connected with the main signal of the washing machine under automatic control.
Automatic work online, manual control of single machine work, rewinding and unwinding can be forward and reverse (EPC can not work when reversing).
Specifications of metal etching roll-to-roll rewinding machine:
1. Two sets of material rewinding shafts, fixed on one side cantilever, materials are loaded and unloaded from the front, the center height is 750mm.
The rewinding shaft adopts the air expansion shaft fixing material, and the button operation is automatically fixed.
The torsion of the winding shaft automatically adjusts the surface force of the material.
2. Two sets of materials are placed on the paper shaft, fixed on one side cantilever, and the materials are rolled up and down from the front.
The unwinding shaft adopts an air expansion shaft to fix the material core, and the button operation is automatically fixed.
The unwinding shaft adopts magnetic powder brake to unwind passively.
3. A set of substrate material pulling mechanism, and the washing machine works in conjunction.
The rubber-coated rollers are used to pressure the material from the unwinding machine to the winding station after cleaning.
The roller is driven by a servo motor, and the conveying speed is synchronized with the cleaning line.
The roller is made of stainless steel axis watch and covered with silicone material to ensure that it does not damage the surface of the material.
The lifting and lowering of the roller is driven by an air cylinder.
5. The winding position is equipped with a static elimination device, a total of 2 each.
Using domestic static elimination rods, the static voltage can be reduced from 1000V to 200V within 5 seconds.
The blowing flow of each electrostatic rod can be adjusted, and the solenoid valve can choose whether to blow or not.
6. Electronic control
Controlled by PLC+touch film screen, it works in conjunction with the cleaning machine and the discharging machine.
The PLC adopts the Japanese Mitsubishi PLC, and the touch film screen adopts the 7-inch Kunlun connection state.
8. A set of EPC devices for correcting deviations, which drive the entire set of racks to move to ensure that the materials are reeled neatly.
