ZW20 series outdoor high voltage AC boundary vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as "boundary circuit breaker") is applicable to outdoor high voltage switchgear with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage up to 33kV. The circuit breaker body is equipped with vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, current transformer, zero sequence current transformer, etc. The circuit breaker has remote management mode, protection control function and communication function. It can reliably judge and detect substations, industrial and mining enterprises, urban and rural power grids as the purpose of control and protection. It is especially suitable for frequent operation of ground and city level milliampere level zero sequence current and phase to phase fault short circuit current to realize the automatic removal of single-phase ground fault and phase to phase short circuit fault.

The circuit breaker interrupts arc in vacuum mode and adopts SF6 gas insulation. The box body adopts the imported advanced gas seal, explosion-proof and insulation structure technology, with excellent overall sealing performance. The sealing performance of the inlet and outlet conduit is also improved, and the overall sealing performance is good. SF6 gas filled in the interior shall not leak, and shall not be affected by the external environment. The spring operating mechanism has been miniaturized and optimized in performance. The main chain drive and multi stage tripping system are adopted, with small resistance and low temperature rise. The reliability and stability are superior to the traditional spring mechanism.

AMBIENT CONDITION

(1) ambient air temperature: - 40 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃; the daily temperature change is not more than 25 ℃; according to the nature of SF6 gas, when the ambient temperature is - 40 ℃, if the air pressure inside the tank is 0.05Mpa, SF6 is still in gas state, so as to ensure the normal operation of the product. (when the ambient temperature is - 40 ℃ and the gauge pressure is 0.05Mpa, the SF6 liquefying point is - 55 ℃; when the gauge pressure is zero, the SF6 liquefying point will not exceed - 60 ℃).

(3) places without inflammable, explosion hazard, strong chemical corrosives (such as various acids, alkalis or smoke) and strong vibration.
