High Voltage Side Mounted VCB

VS1-12 series vacuum circuit breaker is a three-phase AC 50-60Hz indoor switch device with rated voltage of 12kV, which is used as the protection and control unit of power grid equipment, industrial and mining enterprise power equipment. According to the different installation methods, it can be divided into fixed type, side mounted type and handcart type. According to the insulation method, it can be divided into epoxy embedded pole type and assembled insulating cylinder type.

The embedded pole type VCB adopts APG technology to protect the vacuum interrupter and other main circuit parts from impact, dust and condensation. It is suitable for frequent operation requiring rated working current, or places where the short circuit current is cut off for many times. Ordinary assembled insulating cylinder type VCB is an insulated pull rod supported by epoxy resin, which can effectively carry out arc extinguishing reaction.It has the advantages of long service life, effective protection of electricity safety, convenient assembly and low cost.

The top and middle parts of the assembled insulating cylinder VCB are respectively equipped with outlet arms, which are fixedly connected with the static end of the arc extinguishing chamber through the upper bracket, and the lower outlet arms installed in the middle part are connected with the movable end of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber through the lower bracket and soft connection. The inside and outside of the top of the insulating cylinder are square structures, and the inside and outside of the lower part are circular structures. Skirt structure is set inside and outside the insulating cylinder. The inner skirt is circular structure. The upper and lower brackets are directly fixed in the insulating cylinder with screws.
