Indoor Side Installation Vacuum Circuit Breaker

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

VS1-12 series vacuum circuit breaker is a kind of indoor high-voltage switch device of three-phase AC 50Hz  power system,as the protection and control unit of power grid equipment, industrial and mining enterprise power equipment.  It is suitable for frequent operation under rated working current, or places with multiple short-circuit breaking current. The product adopts the integrated design of the operating mechanism and the VCB body, which can be used as a fixed installation unit or a special propulsion mechanism to form a handcart unit.

VS1-12 side installation type  adopts fixed installation, which is mainly used for fixed switchgears. The VCB can not only be used alone, but also be used for ring network power supply or various non-standard power supply systems.

PERFORMANCE AND CHARACTERISTICS

1. Under normal service conditions, it can guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the power grid in the corresponding voltage level within the technical parameters of the VCB. The full capacity short-circuit current can be disconnected for 50 times, and the short-circuit current can be frequently operated or repeatedly disconnected within the working current range;

2. Full working condition: it adopts vertical insulating cylinder to prevent the influence of various special environments;

3. Solid insulation structure （ integrated solid seal pole） can be adopted to realize maintenance free function;

4. It has complete functions and can be used for various purposes, including fixed installation, movable operation and frame installation;

5. Standardized design: good interchangeability and versatility.Handcart type VCB is especially suitable for KYN28 (GZS1) .

ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Ambient air temperature: upper limit + 40 degrees, lower limit - 40 degrees;

2. Altitude: ≤ 2000m (if the altitude is increased, the rated insulation level will be increased accordingly);

3. Wind pressure: no more than 700pa (equivalent to 34m / s wind speed);

4. Seismic intensity: no more than 8 degrees;

5. Pollution level: level IV;

6. Maximum daily temperature difference: no more than 25 degrees;

7. Relative humidity: daily average not more than 95%, monthly average not more than 90%;

8. There is no place with flammability, explosion hazard, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
