The core is to improve the operation safety and operation reliability of the equipment. In order to meet the adaptability requirements of the market for high-quality circuit breakers and their switching equipment, our company has developed VS1 series indoor vacuum circuit breaker, which are three-phase AC, 50Hz indoor distribution equipment with rated voltage of 12kV-36kV and rated parameters of 630A~3150A/25kA~31.5kA which can be used for the protection and control of power supply and distribution system equipment such as substations, industrial and mining enterprises,etc.
VS1 series has taken into consideration of reliable interlock function which can be frequently operated at the rated current and with the capability of many times operations of breaking short-circuit current and fault current. This series of vacuum circuit breaker can be used for fixed installation unit, and can also be used for independent track by equipped with chassis.
The VS1series solid sealed type indoor VCB adopts specialized vacuum interrupter, which adopts advanced materials and contact design, and has strong breaking capacity and high reliability. The vacuum interrupter is vertically installed in the insulation room, which is made of advanced APG cast epoxy resin. This structure can minimize the dust accumulation on the surface of the vacuum interrupter, and ensure high resistance even in humid, hot and dirty environment. The vacuum interrupter adopts the embedded pole made of advanced APG technology.The primary conductive part is encapsulated into an integrated unit by epoxy resin, which makes the insulation condition of primary conducting parts against from impact by exterior enviroment, so it can effectively prevent the damage of moisture, dirt and condensate to the insulation performance. It is more in line with the actual use requirements, and maintenance free for its main parts.
