Outdoor Pillar Type Vacuum Circuit Breaker

ZW32 series outdoor pillar type vacuum circuit breaker(VCB) is generally used in three-phase 11kv to 33kV outdoor  power system. It can be equipped with reclosing controller to identify current characteristics and realize multiple reclosing or permanent fault isolation.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

1.The product adopts a three-phase column structure, with stable and reliable breaking performance, no danger of combustion and explosion, and no need for any maintenance.

2. It adopts totally closed structure design, with good air tightness, which is conducive to improving the moisture-proof  performance, especially suitable for the cold and humid areas.

3. The VCB adopts miniaturized spring operating mechanism, with low power of energy storage motor and low energy consumption of point closing. The transmission adopts the real driving mode, with fewer parts and high reliability.

4. The circuit breaker can be equipped with current transformer(CT), over-current automatic trip protection and information analysis intelligent controller. After being installed with the controller,  power distribution network automation can be realized.
According to customer's requirement, measurement CT can also be installed. The CT adopts imported outdoor solid insulation epoxy resin or indoor outsourcing silicone rubber solid insulation, with high and low temperature resistance, UV resistance, aging resistance, etc.

5. Series drive type isolating switch can be installed for  ZW32 . It has obvious fracture when breaking, and there is anti misoperation interlock device between the VCB bodies.The VCB can only be operated when the isolating switch is completely closed or disconnected.
