Biometer Ultra High Throughput Automatic Nucleic Acid Testing System

Introduction

This system is a set of ultra-high-throughput automatic nucleic acid testing system that can truly realize “sample in - result out”. The system integrates an ultra-high-throughput sample preparation system CDS-600, as well as multiple nucleic acid extractors, liquid workstations, membrane sealing machines and qPCR equipment. The system can automate the entire process from capping and subpackaging to nucleic acid extraction, PCR system construction, membrane sealing and qPCR detection. At the same time, the system has a built-in HEPA filter system and a UV disinfection system, and is equipped with a transfer window. It implements strict pre-PCR and post-PCR partitions to ensure biological safety and meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.

1. Ultra-high Throughput

Length, width and height are about 7.4*2.4*2m, and the daily testing throughput can reach 11,000 pcs;

The reagents are open and compatible with a variety of common domestic and imported reagent kits.

2. Strict Partitions

Equipped with HEPA filter, UV disinfection equipment and unique anti-cross-contamination design to effectively protect the safety of labor and samples;

The design of dual mechanical arms in the front and rear areas of the PCR is adopted. The two arms are respectively equipped with negative pressure HEPA filters, and are equipped with a transfer window to prevent aerosol pollution;

Equipped with waste liquid and waste collection module, to realize solid-liquid separation and prevent system pollution.

3. Integrated Subpackaging

Integrate the ultra-high-throughput CDS-600 virus sample preparation system, which can realize the follow-up process directly after subpackaging, without human operation;
