1. INTRODUCTION
- The spindle drive system is driven by high-performance servo motor, which drives the spindle or spindle directly through the belt pulley. The constant power cutting speed range is 50-12000r/min. The internal broach part of the spindle adopts the four-flap claw broach system, adopts the special design to prevent cutting water from pouring back into the spindle, and the double oil seal design keeps the inner spindle clean forever. Spindle motor power is 7.5KW, continuous processing performance is more stable and reliable, the dynamic curve effect of motion output is remarkable.
