Aerial Bundled Cables (ABC) are composed of one or more concentric-lay-stranded Aluminum 1350 phase conductors insulated with an extruded layer of cross-linked polyethylene compound and assembled with one neutral conductor of All Aluminum Conductors (AAC); Aluminum-Alloy Conductors 6201-T81 (AAAC); Aluminum Conductors, Steel-Reinforced (ACSR); or Aluminum Conductors, Aluminum-Clad Steel Reinforced (ACSR/AW).

Aerial Bundled Cables (ABC) are composed of one or more concentric-lay-stranded Aluminum 1350 phase conductors insulated with an extruded layer of cross-linked polyethylene compound and assembled with one neutral conductor of all Aluminum Conductors (AAC); Aluminum-Alloy Conductors 6201-T81 (AAAC); Aluminum Conductors, Steel-Reinforced (ACSR); or Aluminum Conductors, Aluminum-Clad Steel Reinforced (ACSR/AW).
The neutral conductor may be bare or covered with an extruded layer of cross-linked polyethylene compound.
Application of ABC Conductor Cable
The ABC conductor cable can be used for distribution low power overhead networks in metropolitan, urban and rural areas. It also can be applied for the supply of remote facilities and villages of temporary and permanent character. Construction of ABC Conductor Cable
ABC conductor cable is made of class 2 stranded Aluminium which is a neutral conductor. It is an insulation XLPE (Cross-linked polyethylene) compound TIX 2, meeting the standards BS 7870-5, HD 626 S1, EN 60228 and passing the test of ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory. And the insulation color is black.
This product is subject to the quality assurance protocols of The Cable Lab®, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited cable testing laboratory. Testing includes vertical flame, conductor resistance, tensile & elongation, and dimensional consistency, verified to published standards and approved product drawings.
Regulatory Compliance
