The troubleshooting method of exchange asynchronous motor
1. Listen to the sound
Find the point of failure by listening to the sound. When the asynchronous motor is running, if it invents a good "buzzing" sound, it is a normal sound and there is no change from high to low. If the sound is rough and there are sharp "buzzing" and "hissing" sounds, this is a sign of malfunction.
(1) Motor vibration and temperature change from high to low when the iron core is loose during operation will deform the fixing bolts of the iron core, which will cause the silicon steel sheet to loosen and generate greater electromagnetic noise.
(2) Rotor noise The sound produced by the rotation of the rotor produced by the cooling fan is a kind of "whooping" sound, accompanied by a "boom" sound like a drum. This is caused by the loosening of the fit between the rotor core and the shaft due to the acceleration torque when the motor suddenly starts, ends, and reverses braking. The light one can continue to be used, and the heavy one can be disassembled for inspection and repair.
(3) When the bearing noise motor is running, pay attention to the cultivation of bearing noise. Touch one end of the screwdriver to the bearing cover, and the other end to your ear, you can hear the sound changes inside the motor, different parts, different faults, and different sounds. For example, the "creaking" sound is caused by the irregular movement of the roller gun in the bearing, which is related to the bearing clearance and the state of ***. The "sizzling" sound is the sound of metal friction, which is usually caused by the lack of oil in the bearing, so the bearing should be disassembled and lubricated.
2. Rely on smell
When the motor is running normally, there is no peculiar smell. If it smells weird, it is a fault signal such as a burning smell from the insulated grill, the motor temperature will rise and smoke will be emitted. For example, the smell of burning engine oil is mostly the peculiar smell of bearing oil shortage and vapor evaporation when it is close to dry grinding.
3. Rely on the feel
Touch the TV casing with your hand to roughly determine the temperature rise. If you touch the motor housing with your hands, it will feel very hot and the temperature is very high.
