ML aluminum housing dual capacitor 2 hp 1 phase motor is made of selected superior materials and conform to the IEC standard. ML motors have good performance, safety, reliable operation, nice appearance and can be maintained very easily, while with low noise, little vibration, and at the same time of light weight and simple construction. The compositive performance is good, the multiple of starting torque is 1.8 to 2.5. This series motor is suitable for the occasion where the requirements of big starting torque and high over load, such as air-compressors, pumps, fans, medical apparatus, and many other small machines.

FAQ
the reason for the failure of the exchange asynchronous motor
1. The motor has no starting torque, or cannot be started when there is no load, and makes abnormal noises. reason:
(1) One phase of the three-phase power circuit (including the switch and the lead stator winding) is cut off, causing a single-phase start.
(2) The power supply voltage is too low.
(3) Excessive wear of the bearing causes the rotor to approach the stator side, causing the stator and rotor to be eccentric and the air gap to be uneven.
2. The starting torque of the motor is small and cannot be started with load. When the load increases, the motor stops running, sometimes producing strong noise and local heating. Reason: low grid voltage, short circuit between winding turns, disconnection or desoldering of rotor winding, single-phase operation caused by one-phase disconnection after starting.
3. The starting current is large, unbalanced, and loud, causing the protection device to act and cut off the power supply. Reason: The stator winding connection method may be inaccurate, and the winding is aging to the ground.
