FAQ
Many motor users always ignore the dust removal of the motor when using the motor. In fact, the dust removal of the motor is very important. The accumulation of dust and dust will greatly reduce the service life of the motor and affect the operation of the motor. Yes, so the following dust removal methods can better help motor users and friends to have better methods for motor dust removal
Motor maintenance and dust removal
(1) After the motor stops running and the power is cut, the backpack fan continues to run. The backpack fan and the air door of the motor should be opened to discharge part of the carbon powder.
(2) Stop the backpack fan, cut off the power, and then use a hair dryer to remove dust from the inside of the motor.
(3) Use a brush to gently brush along the direction of the commutator groove to clean up the carbon powder attached to the surface of the commutator or accumulated in the commutator groove, and then use a clean and dry vacuum cleaner to suck the inside of the motor Toner.
(4) Use a soft and lint-free white cloth (or suede) to wipe the insulation support and other parts inside the motor to clean up the residual toner.
