The oil pump motor does not turn? why?
1. Short circuit between stator winding turns: The winding type of the motor is composed of many turns of coils. When the coils are short-circuited, the motor may not turn. Check with a multimeter to find the two compartments that are short-circuited. Disassemble the motor and remove the coils of one phase. When the connection wire is disconnected, check the short-circuit point in groups and re-insulate it after detection.
2. The stator winding is short-circuited to the ground: Check with a shaker or a multimeter to find out the grounded winding. If the insulation is damaged, re-insulate it. If it is severe, replace the winding; if it is damp, apply a layer of insulating paint after drying;
3. Stator winding wiring error: disassemble the motor to find out the error, and re-wire it.
4. Poor contact of the rotor slip ring of the wound motor: Correcting the slip ring indicates that the carbon brush pressure is adjusted
