Why are the motor parts deformed?

The design of motor parts is a very delicate task. Whether it is the base or the end cover, it is not easy how to be lightweight, beautiful, and not deformed. The problem may occur in the design link, or in the manufacturing link, and It may happen in the storage link.


Structural design. If the parts are not designed according to the theory of structural mechanics, such as the size, shape and position design of the axial and radial ribs on the base, the overall design is not symmetrical, etc. For the plate-shaped end cover, the distribution of reinforcing ribs, the design of the hollow window of the protective motor end cover, etc.


Reasons for processing. For iron castings, the blanks should have sufficient aging treatment before they can be processed; metalworking is processed with uneven force on the card parts, and after loosening the clamping parts, the machine seat deforms due to rebound.


Unreasonable storage. Compared with other parts, the storage requirements of the base are relatively more.
