MC series aluminum housing capacitor start 1.5 kw single phase motor is made of selected quality materials and conform to the IEC standard. MC motor has good performance, safety and reliable operation, nice appearance, and can be maintained very conveniently, while with low noises ,little vibration and at the same time of light weight and simple construction. High starting torque, perfect starting performance, generally the multiple of the starting torque can be up to 3.0 times. This motor is used in the occasions where big starting torque and small starting current such as air-compressors, pumps, refrigerators, medical apparatus and others with full-load start.

About motor
Common faults and treatment methods of three-phase asynchronous motors
1. The three-phase current of the motor is unbalanced
When the three-phase power supply is symmetrical, the three-phase no-load current of the asynchronous motor under the rated voltage, the deviation of any one phase from the average value shall not be greater than 10% of the average value, only when the three-phase voltage imbalance is too large or the motor itself has Failure, the motor will produce a larger three-phase current imbalance. The three-phase current unbalance not only causes the motor to generate extra heat, but also causes the three-phase rotating magnetic field to be unbalanced, causing the motor to emit a special low-pitched sound, and the body vibrates due to this. Table 3 shows the cause analysis of the unbalanced three-phase current of the asynchronous motor.
2. The motor temperature is high
When the motor is operating normally under rated working conditions, its temperature should not exceed the temperature limit. The cause of motor overheating is very complicated. Abnormal conditions in the power supply, motor itself and load will cause the motor to overheat, and poor ventilation and heat dissipation can also cause the motor to overheat. Figure 1 lists the cause and effect correlation diagram that causes the motor to overheat. Long-term overheating of the motor will heat the insulation of the motor and affect the service life of the motor. For the motor in use, if the temperature rises, it should be shut down to find out the cause and then use it after troubleshooting.
