MY series aluminum housing 2.2 kw single phase motor, with run capacitor, is made of selected quality materials and conform to the IEC standard. MY motors have features of good performance, low noise, little vibration and safety and reliable operation. The multiple of starting torque is 0.3-0.7 (MY), 0.45-0.75 (MYT). MY motors are suitable for the occasion where there requirements of starting torque is low and long-term continuous working, such as home electric appliances, pumps, fans, and recording meters, etc.

Common failure causes of motor heating
As an important power provider that is indispensable in people's production and life, electric motors will generate severe heat during use, but many times I don’t know how to solve them, and what’s more serious is that I don’t know what the reason is. The resulting heating of the motor should be grasped first during the use of the motor. Below, the editor of Liyuan Motor summarizes the common causes of motor heating.
1) Lack of phase operation;
2) Bearing lack of oil;
3) The machine is stuck and blocked;
4) The load moment of inertia is too large and the starting time is too long;
5) Short circuit between turns;
6) The room temperature is too high;
7) Poor heat dissipation;
8) Overload operation;
9) The motor is damp;
10) Overvoltage, undervoltage or unbalanced voltage;
11) Frequent start and stop or frequent forward and reverse rotation;
12) The fan is broken or the air inlet and outlet are blocked;
13) The internal wiring of the new motor is incorrect;
14) The star-delta wiring is incorrect;
