ML series aluminum housing 4kw single phase motor, with 2 capacitor (run and start), is made of selected superior materials and conform to the IEC standard. ML motors have good performance, safety, reliable operation, nice appearance and can be maintained very easily, while with low noise, little vibration, and at the same time of light weight and simple construction. The compositive performance is good, the multiple of starting torque is 1.8 to 2.5. This series motor is suitable for the occasion where the requirements of big starting torque and high over load, such as air-compressors, pumps, fans, medical apparatus, and many other small machines.

FAQ
The motor is rated at 50Hz, can it run under the frequency conversion of 70Hz?
1. The cooling system is different
The cooling fan in the ordinary AC asynchronous motor and the fan core use the same line, but the two in the frequency conversion motor are separate. Therefore, when the frequency conversion of ordinary fans is too low, they may burn out due to overheating.
2. The electromagnetic load curve sampling is different.
The operating point of an ordinary motor is basically at the inflection point of magnetic saturation. If it is used as a frequency conversion, it is easy to saturate and produce a higher excitation current. However, the frequency conversion motor is designed to increase the electromagnetic load, so that the magnetic circuit is not easily saturated. In addition, variable frequency motors are generally divided into constant torque special motors, special motors with encoder speed measuring devices for feedback vector control, and intermediate frequency motors.
