How much do you know about the stator structure of a DC motor?
1. Commutation pole: The function of the commutation pole is to improve the commutation performance and reduce the commutation spark between the brush and the commutator when the motor is running. It is usually installed between two adjacent main poles. The phase magnetic core and the commutation magnetic pole winding are composed of the commutation pole winding made of insulated wire wound on the commutation pole core, and the number of commutation poles is equal to the number of main poles.
2. Frame: The housing of the DC motor stator is called the frame. It has two functions: one is to fix the main magnetic pole, the commutating pole and the end cover to support and fix the entire device; the other is that the frame itself is also a part of the magnetic circuit. The magnetic circuit between the magnetic circuits P is formed. The part through which the magnetic pole and the magnetic flux pass is called the yoke.
