The manual permanent magnetic lifter is suitable for lifting and transporting flat machine parts and steel products, so it is applicable in mould and machine processing industries. For example, it is commonly seen in machining centers, ship building plants, machine manufacturing factories etc.

The Structure:

The TX series manual permanent magnetic lifter adopts high performance permanent magnetic material (NdFeB magnet) as its core component, thus realizine smaller size, higher lifting capacity and longer life span.

For safety considerations, this permanent magnetic lifting device has a safety factor of 3.5, indicating that its lifting capacity is 1/3.5 of the maximum holding power.

With "V" grooves on the under surface, the manual lifting magnet is capable of lifting both round steels and steel plats. So it is also referred to as a dual-purpose lifting chuck.

Since a permanent magnet is used, so electricity is required. As a result, all risks associated with power failure and wiring breakage are eliminated.

Our permanent magnetic chuck has an optimized magnetic circuit, thus reducing the permanent t almost zero.

Thank to the paint spraying treatment, our steel hoisting magnet has an aesthetic appearance that could bring extra joy to operators.

Operation

Using high property ND-Fe-B, Changing magnetic force by rotating the handle, achieve retention and release the work-piece. Ring on the top of lifter and V type groove make work easy.

Before lifting, clean up the surface of workpiece first. Make sure the center of magnet chuck and workpiece weight coincide, then turn the crank from "-" to "+" . Check if it's auto-locked, then crane.

When lifting, overloading is prohibited.No body allowed to pass through under it.The temperature of workpiece and ambient can not over 80degree.without violent vibration and impact.

When lifting round work-piece, keep B chamfer liner contact with the workpiece adjacent angel. So the lifting force will only 30%~50% lifting capacity.

After finish lifting, turn the crank from "+" to "-".Then the workpiece drop off with the lifting jack.
