A good magnetic circuit structure can let as much magnetic flux as possible gather on the working surface to meet the requirements of lifting weight. In addition, the ndFeb material can be used as little as possible. At the same time, when designing magnetic circuit, it should be considered that the operator can realize unloading easily. Solve the technical difficulties such as large suction force of permanent magnet chuck and difficulty in pulling handle.


The magnetic circuit design of permanent magnet lifter has two magnetic system, which is divided into two parts: active part and fixed part. Change the state of the active magnetic system so that the working pole is in the state of magnetic field superposition or generate reverse magnetic field respectively, and the magnetic field is cancelled. At the same time, in the permanent magnet circuit, in order to reduce the reluctance and increase the magnetic flux density of the key part on the working pole surface, some soft magnetic materials are used as the yoke

Permanent magnetic lifter, also known as magnetic lifter, is a magnetic fixture widely used in machinery factories, mold factories, and other machining fields, which can greatly improve the efficiency of magnetic steel material clamping. The permanent magnetic chuck is based on the ndfeb (N>40), a high-performance rare earth material. By manually turning the handle of the sucker, the magnetic system of ndfeb inside the sucker can be changed to absorb or release the processed workpiece.


Application of the principle:

The permanent magnet lifter is designed by using the continuity principle of magnetic flux and the superposition principle of magnetic field. The magnetic circuit of the permanent magnet chuck is designed into several magnetic systems. Through the relative motion of the magnetic system, the magnetic field strength on the working magnetic pole surface can be added or eliminated, so as to achieve the purpose of holding and unloading.


The figure is the working principle diagram of the permanent magnet chuck. When the magnetic pole of the permanent magnet chuck is in the state shown in Figure (a), the magnetic field line comes out from the N pole of the magnet, passes through the yoke, passes through the ferromagnetic workpiece, and then returns to the yoke and enters the S pole of the magnet. In this way, the workpiece can be firmly sucked on the working surface of the permanent magnet chuck. When the magnetic pole is in the state shown in Figure (b), the magnetic field line is not in the working pole surface of the permanent magnet chuck, and a closed circuit of the magnetic circuit is formed inside the permanent magnet chuck. Almost no magnetic field line comes out from the working pole surface of the permanent magnet chuck, so no suction is generated on the work piece, and unloading can be achieved smoothly.


Method of use:

Put the workpiece on the suction table, and then insert the spanner into the axle hole to hold the workpiece ready for processing.

To prevent any possible unintended rotation of the wrench during the magnetized state, the wrench should be removed before machining.

After the workpiece is processed, insert the wrench into the axle hole and rotate it counterclockwise 180 to "OFF" to complete demagnetization and remove the workpiece safely.


Maintenance:

1. Clean the surface of the suction cup before use to avoid scratches affecting the accuracy.

2. When the ambient temperature is between -40C and 50C, it is strictly prohibited to knock to prevent the magnetic force from decreasing.

3. Apply anti-rust oil to the working face after use to prevent corrosion.
