1.Magnetic Tool ----Permanent Magnetic Lifter

The Permanent Magnetic Lifter can be divided into electric lifter and Permanent Magnetic Lifter. Both electric Lifter and permanent magnetic Crane will generate a strong magnetic field on their working surface during the work process. The magnetic field line will cross the ferromagnetic workpiece during working, and the workpiece can be treated as part of the main magnetic circuit.

2.How the Permanent Magnetic Lifter Works?

The relative movement between the magnetic systems will achieve adding and cancellation of magnetic field strength on the working surface, then ensure the switching between load and unload.

3.The Advances of Lifting Magnet ?

1.No power failure:

Permanent magnets supply the lifting force, they are always ready to go to work. Never any loss of power. Never need remagnetizing. Not dependent upon outside power source.

2.Safe:

Safe practice in use of magnetic lifts dictates that maximum working load be no more than half the test load. These magnets have been load tested at twice the safe working load shown in table.

3.Slim structure, and easy to operate.

Operation	1.Clean the surface of the load, place the lifter in the center of the load and make sure the poles are in full contact with the load. Make sure the weight of the load is no more than the rated value of the lifter. 2.Pull up the handle and rotate the handle to the "ON" position, then release the handle. The security key on the handle will automatically lock the handle. 3.Set the load on the ground or support. Ensure the load is firmly supported and completely in place before releasing the load. 4.Pull up the handle and rotate completely to the "OFF" position. The lifter is now in the neutral condition, can be taken away from the load.

Matters needing attention:

Chain block with the advantage of safe, easy maintenance, high efficiency, small pull, light weight, portable, beautiful appearance, durable etc for the work of lifting, traction, decending and adjusting etc.

1.Oeverhead is prohibited strictly, its forbidden to use other motivation than manpower operation

2.You must confirme the machine part is in perfect condition, the transmission part and the lifting chain is in good lubricity and idling conditions are normal

3.You need check the up-down hook is hooked firmly before lifting operation, lifting chain should be hanged vertically, no wrong link, the double line chain hook rack don’t reverse

4.The operator should stａnd in the same plane with the bracelet dragging the bracelet, making the sprocket wheel rotate clockwise for rising objects, drag the bracelet in the reverse direction and object will slowly descend

5.During lifting, the force should be evenly and gently pulling the bracelet no matter heavy objects rise or fall in case of chain beating or snap ring

6.If the force is greater than normal force found during operation, you should stop operation immediately in case of destruction of the internal structure and accident of falling objects

7.Take the chain hoist hook when the heavy objects lａnd steadily

8.After use, put it gently, place it in a dry, well-ventilated place, and apply the lubricant to it.
