Large Dumpling Forming Machine ZK-3-SJ

ZK-3-SJ series dumpling machine has three dumpling shape can be chose. Hollow rotating platform is been taken and residual dough sheet transfer is innovated, and normally used perforated synchronous belt is canceled so that maintenance cost is decreased.  

Design features of the machine are as following. Dough skin and filling are controlled separately and thickness of dough skin can be adjusted easily. Weight of filling can be adjusted as required. One-way valve and piston are adopted to supply filling, servo motor cutting filling and pneumatic pushing filling, to ensure fillings are not sticky on the cutter so the filling weight is stable. When dough sheet runs out, filling supply will stop immediately. Dough pressing and skin cutting are working at the same time to make precise coordination among dough skin, molding and filling supplying.
