NJZ300C dumpling machine is newly designed by Soontrue’s R&D. Full servo control system is adopted into the NJZ200 & NYM100 so that it can be multifunctional. And reduce the cycle of production and let the standardized production of dumpling is possible.

1. Characteristics of NJZ300C

A. Made by stainless steel SUS304

Whole machine is made by stainless steel SUS304 with plate metal processing. The surface of machine is sprayed with anti-fingerprint paint after texture treatment, and let the appearance of the whole machine show us the beauty of simple and industrial design.

B. High-precision hollow rotating platform

The main structure of forming mold is high-precision hollow rotating platform with independent intellectual property rights.

The power of hollow rotating platform is supplied by high inertia servo motor.

C. Controlled by servo motor.

Base on controlling of the servo motor, it is greatly promote the basic performance of dumpling machine due to the hollow rotating platform can set the different ratio of moving-stop flexibly according to data of dumpling, gyoza or wonton.

A. NJZ300C is dumpling molding machine and equipped with advanced full servo drive, more flexibly and easy to operation and maintenance.

B. NYM300 is dough pressing part of NJZ300C. 4 Dough rolls are supplied for the machine and it presses the dough and to make the dough sheet become thinner and thinner.

C. NJZ300C dumpling machine can produce all kinds of flour and stuffed products.
