ZK-2-GT dumpling machine is consist of dough pressing part and dumpling forming part, controlled by EtherCAT communication stack and servo motor. Controller of this dumpling machine is no longer using PLC control, but using advanced industrial computer. It can make two shape of dumpling, one shape is dumpling with ripple, another one is potstickers.
