NYM100-NJZ200GT dumpling machine is new designed by SoonTrue’s R & D, which can produce all kinds of flour product, like dumpling, stuffed bun, wonton, gyoza and Pan-Fried Dumplings.

1. Characteristics of NYM100-NJZ200GT

A. There are 7 servo motors to control all parts of dumpling machine NJZ200GT and there is no chain to drive the machine, which increases the capacity and stability of the dumpling machine and also makes operation and maintenance of the machine much easier, and also prolong service life of the machine.

B. Weight of filling can be adjusted in touch screen and there is no need to adjust the filling part in machine by hand.

C. High speed, 170pcs/min

D. Machine structure of NYM100 and NJZ200GT is made of stainless steel 304. Good sealing performance and high waterproof performance make the machine can be washed by water.

E. New look with new design and anti-fingerprint paint sprayed on the surface of SUS304, makes the cleaning of machine easier and faster.

2. Functions

A. NJZ200GT is dumpling molding part. It cuts dough sheet into wrapper and fills stuffing into wrapper and mold the dumplings and finally pushes dumplings out to discharging frame.

B. NYM100 is dough pressing part. Dough roll is supplied for the machine and it presses the dough step by step with 4 rollers and dough sheet becomes thinner and thinner.

C. NYM100-NJZ200GT dumpling machine can produce all kinds of flour products.
