This machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding such various roll materials as BOPP, PET, CPP, CPE, PVC, aluminum foil laminated with film and paper, etc. And can cut edge, separate and cut material according to different requirements during production. It’s mechanical speed is 150m/min.

2. Main Motor equipped with inverter for speed regulation
3. Independent computer control panel, easy to operate.( Control panel on machine Optional)
4. Automatic EPC for unwinding, photocell is suitable for tracking the edge and/or the line of material.
5. Equipped with air shaft for unwinding material loading, magnetic powder brake
6. Auto tension controller optional
7. Air shaft for rewinding (frictional cam shaft available for option), Magnetic powder clutch for rewinding tension control
8. Equipped with air trim blowing system. 
9. Automatic metering,
10. Pressure roller for rewinding to make rewinding roll more uniform.
11. The slitting of aluminum foil and paper requires circular cutter accessory.
