The Chloramphenicol Rapid Test Kit is a lateral flow assay that determines a qualitative level for the presence of chloramphenicol antibiotic residues in raw cow’s milk. This test is designed for on-site rapid detection or daily control in laboratories.
Chloramphenicol Rapid Test Kit
Chloramphenicol (CAP) is a toxic substance for human health, and detection of CAP residues in milk is necessary.
Long-term application of chloramphenicol can easily lead to ataxia or optic neuritis, as well as to abnormal reactions in the gastrointestinal tract, causing nausea and vomiting, or loss of appetite, which can also lead to serious stomach disorders.
Experimental Preparation:
Restore the sample and kit to room temperature.
Operation steps:
1. Open the reagent barrel and take out the required number of micropores. Put the rest back into the reagent barrel and cover it well to avoid the reagent in the reagent barrel getting damp.
2. Mix the sample evenly and suck 200 μ L in micropores, blow and mix evenly for 5 ~ 10 times, and incubate at 40 ℃ for 3min.
3. Take out the required number of test strips, cover the reagent barrel cover, and then mark one end of the absorbent paper of the test strip.
4. Insert one end of the sample pad of the test strip into the micropore, react at 40 ℃ for 5min, interpret the results according to the schematic diagram, and the interpretation at other times is invalid.
Precautions:
1. Do not mix different batches of test strips and micropores.
2. It is recommended to wear clean disposable gloves for operation.
3. Retest the positive test results.
4. The reagent barrel shall be used up within 1 week after opening, and the unused reagent shall be stored at 2 ~ 8 ℃.
5. This product is only used for preliminary screening.
