Milk Antibiotic Tests
1.50 individual vials of lyophilized receptor,
2.1 container with 50 dipsticks,
3.1 syringe and 50 tips.
The test employs binding reagents linked to gold particles.
Operating instructions:
1. Place the tube in the incubator, which has been warmed to 47.5°C.
2. Using the pipette, draw up to 300 microlitres of the milk sample. The bubble on the pipette captures the excess milk. Make sure there is no air in the base of the pipette.
3. Release the milk sample into the tube.
4. Immediately add a test strip.
5. DO NOT SHAKE/STIR THE MILK SAMPLE IN THE TUBE.
6. Start the incubator timer for 5 minutes.
7. After the 5 minute incubation period, remove the test strip and read the result visually or using the AccuScan Reader.
