Krah pipe production line

The extrusion line can be used to produce HDPE Spiral corrugated pipe with the inner diameter of up to 3000mm. 

Installed gross capacity: 210 KVA, 380V, 50Hz, 3 phase 5 wires.

Cooling water: 8m3/H. Compressed air: 0.6 m3/min. 

Overall dimension (LXWXH): 20 m X 9 m X 4.6 m.

One operator each shift and 3-4 workers each shift

Krah pipe, also known as HDPE winding wall tube structure, based on high density polyethylene resin as the main raw material, USES the hot winding molding process, based on polyethylene (PP) single wall corrugated pipe support structure is made with a high ability of special structure of wall under external pressure pipe inner surface smooth outside an alien to enhance the product structure, the pipe standard length is 6 meters, domestic diameter range in 300 mm - 4000 mm, weight is light, flexible on the whole, is currently the preferred buried sewage main pipe.
