KYN80-24 Removable AC Metal-clad and Metal-enclosed Switchgear

KYN80-24 removable AC metal-clad and metal-enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is suitable for indoor three-phase 50/60Hz electric power system with rated voltage of 24kV. As the power transmission and distribution control device for receiving and distributing power, the switchgear is mainly used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and high-rise buildings for controlling, protecting and monitoring circuit.

KYN80-24 switchgear has a variety of devices to prevent misoperation. The perfect “five-anti" interlocking device provides reliable safety protection for equipment operators.

KYN80-24 switchgear is equipped with VSV-24P series mid-set high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker and solid-sealed vacuum circuit breaker with good performance. The secondary circuits are provided with advanced and reliable protective components. The busbar adopts pyrocondensational insulating materials. With optimized electrode shape and compact cabinet structure, the switchgear is the power distribution equipment with advanced technology, stable performance, reasonable structure, convenient, safe and reliable operation.

The switchgear can be arranged back to back in double directions or installed against the wall, thereby improving its safety and flexibility and saving space. Its housing is spliced with imported AI-Zn-plated steel sheet, which underwent CNC machining and repeated bending. Therefore, it has the advantages of high precision, strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, light weight, high mechanical strength, and appealing appearance. The cabinet adopts an assembled structure connected by rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, thus bringing short processing cycle, highly optimized components for general use, less occupation area , and convenient production and assembly.

The switchgear is equipped with the safe and reliable interlocking device, which fully meets the requirements of “five-anti".

The switchgear can also be provided with an electromagnet locking device on the earthing switch operating mechanism to improve the reliability. The reverse interlocking device between the rear cabinet door and the earthing switch can be provided according to user requirements.
