High Temperature Blasting Testing Bed

Blast (pressure) testing bed, developed by our company, is equipment that can be used in the blasting and pressure-resistance strength test for automotive piping, air conditioning system condenser, evaporator, hydraulic hose assembly, metal pipes, oil pipelines, pressure vessels, valves, etc. Main components are imported, with a stable performance, simple operation and easy maintenance feature.

3. 2）Medium: water, water or glycol and emulsified liquid and mineral oil;

4. 3）Medium temperature: RT+10℃~ 150℃;

6）The part of liquid pressurization adopts control of two levels of high and low pressure to ensure the pressure control precision of low and high test pressure;

2. Function and scope of application

1）Burst test, leakage test (judged) and proof pressure test:

a）Stepless regulation for pressure;

b） Safety protection of pressure relief;

c）Maximum test pressure: 100 MPa.

2）The typical test programs include:

a）Pressurization with constant speed-burst

b）Pressurization with constant speed-pressure maintaining-burst;

c）Pressurization with constant speed-pressure maintaining-pressure relief

d）Pressurization with constant speed-pressure maintaining-pressurization with constant speed-pressure maintaining-until burst

3）If shut down occurs with leakage alarm, automatic pressure compensation may be conducted;

4）Test data and curve can be displayed in a real-time manner. The test result can be stored automatically. The test report is printed at will;

5）At the time of emergency shutdown, pressure of the test sample and inside the equipment may be discharged manually;

6）The burst chamber is installed with safety observation window and lighting lamp to observe the test condition conveniently and ensures the safety of testers and equipment;

7）Data acquisition software of U.S. NI Company is used for real-time analysis and storage and the test report may be produced and printed.
