1. Overview
The pulse test bed with dual systems is a type of new test equipment developed by our company and can be used for pulse test with low and high pressure and dual media. The test bed is divided into two circuits of high pressure and low pressure test. In the same system, high and low pressure tests are conducted simultaneously. It may be used for pulse fatigue test of auto air conditioning and parts of heat exchange system of engine such as condenser, evaporator, core of fan heater, radiator, oil cooler as well as auto pipe, hose assembly, etc.

Test medium: Hydraulic Oil, PAG oil and ATF oil;
Environment temperature: -40~150 ℃;
Medium temperature: room temperature +10~150℃;

Low pressure water circuit system
Pressure scope: 0.03~0.5MPa;
Pulse frequency:0~2Hz;
Test medium: water, antifreezing solution and glycol;
Environment temperature: -40~150 ℃;
Medium temperature: room temperature +10~130℃;
Piece number of single test: 1~4 pieces;
Internal size of test chamber: 1200W×1000D×1000H
3. Functions and Characteristics
1)High or low pulse is performed simultaneously or separately in the same operating system;
2)The medium is used for test and cycled separately without cross contamination;
3)Support data management and remote control with Ethernet;
4)Workpiece failure alarm, over-temperature alarm, liquid level alarm, fault information prompt function;
5)Test times, pulse pressure, waveform, frequency, temperature and other parameters can be set through computer;
6)The interface displays test data dynamically and draws the real-time time-pressure wave. The wave curve is smooth;
7)Data acquisition software of U.S. NI Company is used for real-time analysis and storage and the test report may be produced and printed.
