High frequency welded pipe burst test bed

Overview

High frequency welded pipe burst test bed is mainly used for compression strength test of water tank, condenser and evaporators of autos. Fixture is used for automatic clamping at both ends of pipes. Parameters such as test pressure may be set during the test procedure. The machine may complete automatically after setting.

1. Technical parameters

1）Test pressure: 0~20MPa; test precision：±0.5%;

2）Applicable medium: water, water- glycol, emulsified liquid and mineral oil;

3）Internal size of test chamber: 1.2*0.6*0.6M (length* width *height);

4）Pipe number of single test: 1 piece;

5）Applicable specification: flat tube, square pipe and circular pipe;

6）Control mode: manual, automatic.

2. Function

1）Burst test, leakage and proof pressure test:

a) Stepless regulation for pressure; the pressurization rate may be set freely to prevent quick pressurization;

b) Safety protection of pressure relief;

c) Maximum Test pressure: high pressure 20 MPa.

3. The typical test programs include

1）Pressurization with constant speed-burst;

2）Pressurization with constant speed-pressure maintaining-burst;

3）Pressurization with constant speed-pressure maintaining- pressure relief;

4）Pressurization with constant speed-pressure maintaining-pressurization with constant speed-pressure maintaining-pressure relief (cycle ≥5).

4. During the test process, if shut down occurs with leakage alarm, automatic pressure compensation may be selected.

5. Achieve the function of computer control; the time for water injection for air discharge, test pressure may be set freely. Stepless regulation may be performed. The pressurization rate may be set. The test data and curve parameter may be displayed in a real-time manner, save the test result automatically and print test report at will. The equipped color printer (A4 paper) may be compatible with OFFICE software to access the internet and make programming for test report.

6. At the time of emergency shutdown, pressure of the test sample and inside the equipment may be discharged manually.

7. The test machine is equipped with safe tempered glass observation window and lighting lamp inside through which the change and burst condition of tested sample may be observed conveniently. The tempered glass is equipped with explosion-proof net. The test chamber and observation window are able to ensure the safety of testers and equipment.

8. Main components adopt imported materials with stable quality and long service life.
