Heavy hammer type fan

Fans adapt the stainless steel blade which could generate big air volume, without deformation and crack, beautiful and durable (the aluminum alloy blade is adopted originally. Due to excessive low fatigue strength of metal in aluminum alloy materials, the fan breaks, cracks and the air volume become smaller, etc.);  

The belt adopts the automatic tightening device to avoid loosening and falling off (in general, distributers offers customers two-year guarantee. As a result, customers only user the fan without maintenance within two years. In addition, any belt would become longer after one month and loosen and fall off, thus scratching fan blade and damaging fan and bringing unnecessary loss to distributors.)  

The belt wheel adopts aluminum-magnesium alloy material with reinforced bar and is processed through sandblasting to improve the appearance and internal stress and improve the strength efficiently;  

The bearing adopts the bearings imported from France, with high strength, low noise and long service life;  

 Various appearance dimensions facilitate the installation, including the 780mm, 830mm, 900mm, 1000mm, 1100mm 1220mm, 1380mm and 1530mm.  

We could manufacture Type A or Type B belt of fan as per the sales situation of distributors to meet demands of different customers efficiently.  

Muhe fans were calibrated by computer dynamic balance tester to smooth fan operation, reduce noise, enhance stability, and extend service life.
