As one of the control elements of flow or pressure, the regulating and pressure regulating valve is commonly used in water conservancy, hydropower, thermal power and municipal water supply network systems; it can be divided into medium pipe type and end discharge type according to its installation and layout position in the pipeline. When the pressure difference is high, in order to avoid the harmful noise and vibration generated in the process of energy dissipation in the valve or in the pipe, the flow regulating valve should be arranged at the end of the pipeline so as to eliminate the energy outside the valve body; when the space at the end of the pipeline is sufficient, the valve with direct air discharge type can be used to eliminate the energy in the atmosphere; when the space at the end of the pipeline is limited, the valve can be used to eliminate the energy in the atmosphere, Submerged discharge valve should be used to eliminate energy in stilling basin.
As shown in Figure 1, the medium-sized flow and pressure regulating valve is generally arranged in the middle section of raw water diversion pipeline, pump water delivery pipeline, water supply pipe network and other systems where pressure can be regulated and reduced to stabilize the pressure behind the valve and prevent the high-pressure operation of the back-end pipeline, i.e., pressure regulating valve (or pressure reducing valve); it can also be arranged in the valve chamber in front of the reservoir at the end of the pipeline to regulate the flow into the reservoir, i.e Flow regulating valve. Our pipe regulating and regulating valve has three types: medium fixed cone valve, multi hole sleeve valve and piston type control valve.

The valve is generally used in low pressure difference condition with cavitation index no less than 0.3 and pressure difference no more than 40m. The calculation method of cavitation index is shown in the calculation formula of cavitation index.

The sealing is reliable
The main seal is a metal to metal floating hard seal structure, which can be automatically adjusted and compensated to achieve the effect of zero leakage; at the same time, the valve seat is made of high-strength wear-resistant stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion, erosion and wear.
Strong garbage resistance
The outlet of the valve is large annular opening with large flow channel, which has the best anti garbage ability. There is no need to set up a filter device in front of the valve.
It can be repaired and maintained online
The driving parts of the valve are all outside the sleeve gate, and there is an overhaul manhole on both sides of the valve body. The valve can be replaced online or garbage can be cleaned without disassembly.
