The cause of electromagnetic noise produced by AC three-phase asynchronous motor
The electromagnetic noise of AC three-phase asynchronous motor is caused by the action of electromagnetic force to cause some parts (eg: silicon steel sheet) to produce higher frequency vibration. It will disappear immediately after power failure. This is also a distinction between mechanical noise and electromagnetic The simplest and most direct method of noise.
Electromagnetic noise tends to increase as the voltage rises or the load increases. For a variable frequency motor powered by a variable frequency power supply, a large electromagnetic noise may be emitted in a certain frequency range, and a large vibration may be generated at the same time.
The specific reasons for electromagnetic noise are as follows:
The air gap between the stator and the rotor is seriously uneven, and a large unilateral magnetic pulling force will be generated after energization and rotation, which will produce noise related to the speed. The uniformity of the air gap between the stator and the rotor can meet the requirements by adjusting the matching of the base and the end cover (including replacement) or the inner circle of the stator, so as to reduce or eliminate the electromagnetic noise emitted thereby.
