The AccuEZ series is a multi-channel high-precision single-stroke volumetric metering system designed for automatic spraying. The AccuEZ series can realize the precise control of the same flow rate of multiple spray guns, and is suitable for application requirements with diverse flow requirements and high measurement accuracy.
Responsive
AccuEZ uses absolute DC servo and high-precision pressure sensors with absolute encoders. Compared with other control methods, the response speed is increased by more than 70%, and it meets the technical requirements of rapidly changing flow.
Easy to disassemble and easy to clean
The AccuEZ cylinder body is connected by quick-twist clamps, and the specially designed fluid channel without dead ends greatly reduces the cleaning time and the amount of solvent used for cleaning, making cleaning and maintenance easier.
Various communication protocols
AccuEZ can be equipped with a variety of communication gateways and protocols: discrete I/O, Ethernet, CANOpen, RS485, RS232.
Stainless steel PTFE structure
AccuEZ cylinder body is made of polytetrafluoroethylene material, which is self-lubricating and chemically stable, suitable for the metering control of more organic and inorganic materials. The paint is highly usable, and most of the parts outside the cylinder are made of high-quality 316 stainless steel.
