High precision

AccuFlo not only ensures high-precision output of paint with 1ml as the control unit, but also ensures high repeatability of paint flow control, and can accurately control the thickness of the coating film. Double stroke metering

The AccuFlo double-stroke volumetric electronic metering system is different from similar competitive products. Responsive

AccuFlo uses a DC servo/stepping motor with an absolute value encoder and a pressure sensor. Compared with other control methods, the response speed is increased by more than 70%, and it meets the technical requirements of rapidly changing flow.

Stainless steel ceramic composite structure

The AccuFlo cylinder body is made of ceramic and composite materials, which has the characteristics of high hardness, self-lubrication, and higher chemical stability than traditional stainless steel metal materials. It has a longer life than the original stainless steel cylinder body and is suitable for more organic and inorganic raw material metering control. The paint is highly usable, and most of the parts outside the cylinder are made of high-quality 316 stainless steel.

Quick cleaning valve group at the inlet and quick drain valve group at the outlet (optional)

AccuFlo adds a quick-cleaning valve set at the inlet and a quick-drain valve set at the outlet, so that the cleaning and color change can be completed within 60 seconds at the fastest. Not only can it be applied to paints with strong precipitation properties such as pearl paint and metallic paint, but also can be used for Water-based coatings, high-viscosity coatings including high-solid coatings.
