1) Open the parcel, it will includes below components:
2) According to your equipment layout, and place the insulating rod tester base at the required place.
3) According to the figure 1 ,Remove the four insulated column installation screws on the base with the randomly attached internal hexagon wrench, and install the four insulated support at the corresponding position of the base. The direction of the insulation support shall be as shown in the figure above
4) The 2 sets of electrodes are inserted into the top of the insulated support to place the end of the lock (i. e. the end of the red operation handle ball) on the side of the base operation panel
5)Tighten all fixing bolts at the upper and lower ends of the 4 insulated support.
4. Operation Method
This set of equipment can be applicable to 10~330kV insulating rod ‘s integrated test or Sectional test .(usually, 35kV or 35kV below,do the integrated test, 63kv or 63kv above, do the sectional test) Before performing this test, it should be determined that the instrument system is equipped with the insulation rod withstand voltage test function, and supporting the application of HM-DZJ wireless remote control electric insulation rod test support test, otherwise this test cannot be carried out.Adjust the distance between the two groups of electrodes by using wireless remote control or button. The electric mechanism adopts two ways: button and wireless remote control, and there is also fine-tuning control to facilitate the accurate adjustment of the distance.In the test product parameter setting items, "Test category category", choose "Insulator rod category".The "Test voltage" is set according to the actual requirements of the test product (below table as one reference)

Calculation method: for 10kV~500kV insulation rod, the test voltage ranges from 45kV to 580kV. According to the test standard of the insulation rod,when the testing voltage can not reach the sectional test, the test voltage can be calculated by the following formula:

Remark:1. during the testing process, when there any one of the rods happens any flashover or discharge phenomena ,pls click the “Emergency ",and stop test.
2. then using the discharge rod to do the discharge of the insulating support, and remove the abnormal insulating rod, and re-start to do the test for the rest rods.
