I.Summary


HM-8000D Transformer Dielectric Loss Tester is a high-precision instrument, which can be applied to automatically measure electrical loss tangent () and capacitance of all kinds of high voltage electrical equipments on the spot of power plants, substations,laboratory, etc. The instrument is an integrated structure with a dielectric loss test bridge, a variable frequency power supply, a step-up transformer and a SF6 high stability standard capacitor. High voltage source inverter test generated inside the instrument, the transformer voltage for sample test. If the frequency is 50Hz、47.5Hz/52.5Hz、45Hz/55Hz、60Hz、57.5Hz/62.5Hz、55Hz/65Hz, the digital notch filter is used to avoid the interference of the power frequency electric field to the test, which solves the problem of accurate measurement under the strong electric field interference. At the same time, the utility model is suitable for the occasions that the generator is used for power supply after the power cut. The instrument with insulation cup can test the dielectric loss of insulating oil.

II.Working principle


In the AC voltage, the dielectric to consume part of the energy, this part of the energy will be converted to heat energy loss. This energy loss is called dielectric loss. When AC voltage is applied on the dielectric, the dielectric between voltage and current in phase difference angle psi, delta psi is called the dielectric loss angle tangent TG delta delta is called dielectric loss tangent. TG delta value is used to measure dielectric loss parameters. The instrument measuring circuit includes a standard circuit (Cn) and a test loop (Cx), as shown in Figure 2 - 1. The standard circuit is composed of a built-in high stability standard capacitor and a measuring circuit. Measurement line sampling resistor with pre amplifier and A/D converter. By measuring circuit are respectively measured by standard test and loop current loop current amplitude and phase difference, then the digital signal processor using digital real-time acquisition method, obtained through vector operation test of capacitance and dielectric loss tangent value. The anti-interference measures have been adopted in the instrument to ensure the accurate measurement under the interference of external electric field.

4.1、Emergency stop button and high pressure indicator lamp

Function:A high voltage output in the instrument testing process, in case of emergency need to disconnect the high voltage output, you can press the emergency stop button immediately cut off the high voltage output from the inside; button built-in indicator light lamp as a high voltage output.

Wiring method:When the external standard test, the cable core wire is connected with the standard capacitance test end. The standard capacitor connection method is not the same as in the standard test, whether it is positive or reverse connection. This method is used for external high voltage standard capacitor, high voltage dielectric loss measurement.

4.7、Low input Cx/Cx2 socket

Wiring method:The center of the socket connection signal line black wire; metal shell with black line signal shielding layer; positive connection method of core wire sample voltage signal, if the sample voltage signal terminal shield (shielding ring such as low end), can be connected to the shield shield, no shield when the shielding layer is suspended.

Be careful:· In the process of starting the test, it is strictly prohibited to pull off the plug to prevent the current from the human body.

·When using the standard dielectric loss tester or standard capacitor to detect the accuracy of the normal connection, the full shielding plug should be used

to connect the dielectric loss device or the standard capacitor.

·During the test, the core of the socket should be connected with the zero resistance of the low voltage end of the sample, otherwise it may cause the fluctuation of the measured data.

· In case of strong interference, the connection should be disconnected when the cable is grounded.

4.8、Low input Cx3 socket

4.12、ES self-excited output

Installation position:

Function:The output end of the instrument for self, self output transformer (transformer end grounded), dielectric loss test method CVT connected to self self excitation coil CVT (da), dn ground, provide the required measurement of high voltage power supply for CVT.

Be careful:Due to the low voltage output current, the instrument should be used to connect the connection line to the CVT two winding and make it in good contact, select the positive and reverse measurement, the output is off.

4.13、Printer

Installation position:

Function:When printing data can be displayed, move the cursor to the print item and press the confirm key to print.

Be careful:Printer for automatic thermal printer, print paper width 55mm. Please replace the print paper using thermal printer paper for printer, first press the lower convex button, the printer cover will automatically bounce, then according to the order of a printing paper printing paper into the cabin and leave a little part in the outside, finally close the printer cover.

4.15、High voltage output HV socket

Function:High frequency output of the instrument; detect the test current of the reverse wiring; the high voltage end of the internal standard capacitor.

Wiring method:The center of the socket connection red high-voltage wire; metal shell connected red high-voltage wire shielding layer; positive connection method when the core wire and the shielding layer can be made of wire sample high voltage side pressure; reverse law can only be used when the core line to test the high-voltage end pressure, if the sample pressure end shield (such as high pressure shielding ring end), can be connected to the shield shield, no shield shield layer suspended.

Be careful:· In the process of starting the test, the socket has a high voltage and an

electric shock hazard, and it is absolutely forbidden to touch the high-voltage socket and the related equipment.

· When using the standard dielectric loss tester or standard capacitor to detect the

accuracy of the normal connection, the full shielding plug should be used to connect the dielectric loss device or the standard capacitor.

· During the testing process, we should ensure that the high voltage wire core of the outlet center is connected with the zero resistance of the high voltage side of

the sample, otherwise it may cause the fluctuation of the measured Results.

4.16、Earthing

Installation position:

Function:Anti-interference grounding of high-voltage line during instrument measurement.

Be careful:Be careful not to approach the high-voltage connector, otherwise it will cause high-voltage discharge, and it will not boost voltage. Please do not turn off the grounding protection function during the test, and the grounding of the instrument must be reliable.

Export packaging is generally divided into: transport packaging and sales packaging. There are many functions of export commodity packaging, which can be roughly summarized in the following three aspects:

(1) Protection function

The protection function is the most basic function of export commodity packaging. In order to prevent the quality and quantity of exported goods from being damaged or deteriorating during the process of transportation, storage, and sales to foreign markets, the following 8 points should be paid attention to:

1. According to the form, characteristics, transportation environment, sales environment and other factors of the export commodities, use appropriate packaging materials and design a reasonable packaging structure to protect the export commodities. For example, in the past, the inner packaging design of silk clothing was not good, the packing space was too large, the sealing was not firmly bonded, the lid of the box was often sag, and the packing tape was easy to fall off. After the export, the clothing was severely stolen due to improper packaging, leading to claims. Then the original overlapping box was changed to a flat box, sealed with plastic tape and sealing nails, and finally sealed with a special seal. This greatly increased the anti-theft ability and foreign merchants were very satisfied with the new packaging.

2. In packaging design, not only the physical and chemical forces such as punching, pulling, torsion, and compression caused by packaging machinery on packaging materials should be considered, and packaging materials that can withstand these external forces should be selected to protect the contents. In the process of commodity circulation, due to shaking, sudden braking, bumping, falling and other reasons to damage the contents, appropriate measures shall be taken to strengthen the strength of the packaging.

3. Storage and stacking will make the containers and contents under the stack bear a lot of weight. In order to prevent damage to the packaging container or inner packaging, the pressure resistance of the packaging structure must be considered.

4. One of the functions of packaging is to contain goods. Gaseous, liquid, powder and loose items cannot be transported and sold without packaging. Therefore, the packaging material should be resistant to chemical corrosion of the contents. For example, certain detergents in shampoos can cause environmental stress cracking of polyethylene bottles or delamination of composite films, and the isopropyl myristate contained in some cosmetics may soften polystyrene and so on. In addition, chemical and dust pollution from the outside must also be considered. Sometimes it pollutes not only the product itself, but also the pattern of the packaging itself. For example, in petrochemical companies and other areas, the sulfurous acid gas in the atmosphere and the packaging printing ink undergo chemical changes, which can cause color fading.

5. Friction resistance is also an aspect of protection. Due to the bumps during transportation, the product bounces or rotates in the package, which will cause surface friction and make its trademark or other signs unclear, especially when convex patterns or bronzing characters are used. This damage is more serious. Various lining structures should be used to fix or isolate products to reduce friction.

6. Attention should be paid to the climatic differences and seasonal temperature and humidity changes between export manufacturers and foreign target markets and regions along the route. If the packaging materials cannot adapt to these changes, the packaging and its contents will be dry, cracked, damaged, degraded in quality, and rusted.

7. The light will not only cause the printing surface to lose color, but also cause the loss of food quality and flavor, and medicine failure. Therefore, light-resistant inks can be used to prevent changes in the color of the pattern displayed by the packaging, and light-shielding materials such as metal, aluminum foil, colored glass, colored plastic, and opaque paper can be used to prevent deterioration of the contents due to light.

8. The protective functions of the packaging also include anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, and anti-theft. Anti-insect, anti-mildew, fragrance preservation, sterilization, protection from heat or cold, and waterproof, etc., all of which should be based on the nature, form, function of the exported goods and different factors related to the domestic and foreign marketing environment (including related foreign packaging The legal requirements), the design of different protection functions, the relevant details will be discussed in the following chapters.
