Product description of VOCs online pollution source monitoring system:


TH-3000-VOCs online pollution source monitoring system is mainly used for online monitoring and analysis of various air emission pollution sources and online monitoring of plant boundary concentration.


The main principle is: the sampling unit collects the flue gas or the gas to be measured on site, the pretreatment unit filters the dust, reduces the temperature of the gas, electric heating and heat preservation, double-effect dehumidification, and keeps the temperature and humidity of the gas to be measured within a certain range , And then through the gas detection and analysis unit for detection and analysis, the measured gas concentration is displayed on the display screen in real time, and the data signal is transmitted to the terminal such as PLC or computer, and it can also be transmitted to the cloud server through wireless GPRS or network. Reading data from the server can realize global network monitoring and analysis.


The whole process is automated and does not require human intervention.


The TH-3000-VOCs online pollution source monitoring system is suitable for gas detection and analysis in various temperature, humidity or dust situations, and is more suitable for analyzers that require gas dryness and cleanliness. Optional automatic blowback system, otherwise the dust filter needs to be manually maintained and cleaned regularly. The entire sampling pipeline has the functions of heat preservation and electric heat tracing constant temperature control, which not only facilitates the removal of water vapor but also prevents part of the gas from dissolving in the condensed water to improve the accuracy of detection and analysis. The freezing environment in winter prevents the sampling pipeline from freezing. TH-3000 has a built-in double-effect compressor water-cooled dehumidification system and a 1-meter fine dust filter sampling head (flange installation), a sampling distance of 70 meters, automatic cooling, automatic drainage, and tar filtering. The stability of the gas can be controlled at 4°C or 5°C to meet the requirements of the humidity and cleanliness of the gas by the analytical instruments of various principles.

Introduction to the principle of VOCs online pollution source monitoring system:


The sample gas is processed according to the pressure, temperature, humidity, flow rate, (dust content), and cleanliness that the analyzer can accept. The main tasks are as follows:


Sample sampling: Use a vacuum sampling pump or a DC brushless pump to extract the sample gas from the flue and other environments


Dust filtration: The measured gas passes through a precision dust filter and then enters the sampling pipeline. If it is a dusty environment, an automatic blowback system is required.


Cooling treatment: The temperature of the sampling probe and the sampling pipeline can be cooled, and the gas within 2000 ℃ can be processed


Heat tracing function: heating, heat preservation, preventing water vapor condensation and part of the gas from dissolving in water, preventing the sampling pipeline from freezing in winter


Dehumidification system: double-effect compressor water-cooled dehumidification system, stable control of gas at 4℃ or 5℃, automatic drainage


Tar treatment: After the sample gas passes through the tar filter, the residual tar and residual dust are removed


Precise filtration: use a precise filter to re-defense the analytical instrument to prevent contamination and damage to the detection unit
