TH-2000-C nitrogen oxide online monitoring system is mainly used in the gas analysis industry.

Introduction to the principle of the nitrogen oxide online monitoring system: The sample gas is processed according to the pressure, temperature, humidity, flow, (dust content), and cleanliness that the analyzer can accept, and the following tasks are mainly completed:


Sample sampling: Use a vacuum sampling pump or a DC brushless pump to extract the sample gas from the flue and other environments


Dust filtration: the measured gas passes through a precision dust filter and then enters the sampling pipeline. If it is a high dust environment, an automatic back blow system can be selected


Cooling treatment: The temperature of the sampling probe and sampling pipeline can be cooled, and the gas within 600 ℃ can be processed, and the higher temperature can be customized


Optional function: two-stage electronic condensation and dehumidification system, which can stably control the dew point of the gas at 4℃ or 5℃


Tar treatment: After the sample gas passes through the tar filter, the tar and residual dust are removed


Gas-water separation: Free water appears after the sample gas is cooled down through the sampling pipeline. The gas-water separator separates the gas, water and residual dust, and drains automatically.


Secondary filtration: According to the size of the site humidity, the secondary water vapor separation is carried out


Heat tracing function: This function is optional, heating, heat preservation, to prevent water vapor condensation and part of the gas from dissolving in water, and to prevent the sampling pipeline from freezing in winter
